Optiscan first to receive Vocollect´s new certificate

Optiscan is the first European company to receive Vocollect´s new Voice Total Solution Provider certificate. Completing an extensive training program is prerequisite for receiving this certificate.

Optiscan is the market leader in voice recognition solutions for warehousing in the Nordic countries. Voice solutions provided by the company are used by for example Tuko Logistics, Inex Partners, ICA Norge, NorgesGruppen, Onninen and Nanso.

To solidify its position and to serve customers even better, Optiscan continuously invests in developing the professional knowledge of the company. The recently awarded Voice Total Solution Provider certificate is one example of this work.

The certificate represents the highest level of the new partner program. It confirms that Optiscan masters the entire product range of Vocollect and the delivery of total solutions.
