PostNord Logistics 3PL operations in Norrköping are using a voice picking solution from Optiscan for the 3PL-customer Candy King.
Currently some 20 users are using voice and are very satisfied with the system delivered by Optiscan. The users say voice is a lot faster and more ergonomic than before when PDAs were used. The best feature is to be hands free and not have to carry extra hardware in your hands.
In addition, management has been very pleased with the project and its results. Voice has increased the productivity by 15-20 percent.
